Error: At Encryptics Controller

If a user receives an Error message in the Portal with the term “Encryptics,” this is usually due to a brief interruption in Keyavi services and can be remedied by refreshing or clearing cache. 

If this error is persistent, check the client secret for the app (i.e., Portal, Keyavi Web, Keyavi Viewer) and ensure that the client secret is not expired and correct in the IIS server web config for that application.
