If you have reinstalled the Keyavi Desktop application and the application crashes when logging in, there may be invalid profiles causing the application to crash.
Check the windows event viewer for errors in the application logs.

Open Windows registry editor and navigate to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KeyaviUser, delete the second "DEFAULT" key, and any other keys containing org codes below that key.
Reinstall the Keyavi Desktop Application
Once the Desktop application has been re-installed, open the application. The application should provide the option for Profile name, and org code. Choose a profile name and enter the org code for your Keyavi environment.
