Error: Location blocked

Keyavi Viewer requires that the location be allowed. If the location is not allowed, you will get an error message Location blocked and you will not be allowed to use Keyavi Viewer.

To allow location access in your browser:

1. Select the Map Pin in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.

 

2.  Select Always allow customdomain[.]com to access your location and select Done.


3. Refresh your browser and the Location blocked message will go away and you should be able to use Keyavi Viewer.
