Error: The protected file could not be opened because the browser is blocking the site from accessing your location

Since Keyavi uses geolocation to grant or restrict access to data, Keyavi Web requires that the location be allowed in the browser. If the location is not allowed, you will get an error message “The protected file could not be opened because the browser is blocking the site from access your location” and you will not be allowed to open Keyavi protected files.

To allow location access in your browser: 

1. Select the Map Pin in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
2. Select Always allow customdomain[.].com to access your location and select Done.
   
3. Refresh your browser and you should be able to open file in Keyavi Web.
