Remember that Keyavi Viewer is available for unlicensed users to open read-only IKD files in a browser.
To sign in, you must 1) be provided with the Viewer URL from a user or admin and 2) be added as an External User by a user or admin.
Assuming those criteria are met, start by navigating to the Viewer URL in your browser. You will be prompted to sign in. Remember that the user/admin who granted you access assigned that access to a specific email address. Sign in with that email address.
Currently, Keyavi Viewer supports Microsoft accounts, such as Outlook or Hotmail. Simply sign in with your regular credentials.
However, if another account was granted access to the IKD file, such as your Gmail account, you can link your other account with Microsoft. Rather than signing in, click "Create One!" as shown below. Follow the prompts on the screen to link your accounts and sign in.
Upon signing in the first time, you will be asked "Let this app access your info?" Click "Yes" to continue.
