Keyavi’s geolocation policies provide additional security to restriction opening and protecting with Keyavi based on specific locations. Geolocation is set by a Policy Administrator at a company-wide level. Keyavi uses an API to get the location from the physical machine.
The API will reach out to the server to confirm the policy. Keyavi will need a geolocation policy to function as the API will check the physical location of the machine. If the API cannot get a physical address from the machine, it will get the address from the WiFi.
