The 500 error in the Keyavi Portal can be caused by multiple environmental factors that can cause this error. If the Internal Error 500 error is Keyavi branded, the .NET 5.0 will need to be updated.

Update .NET 5.0

The latest version of .NET 5.0 will need to be installed.

You can download .NET 5.0 (Linux, macOS, and Windows) (microsoft.com) Select Windows Hosting Bundle under ASP.NET Core Runtime and follow the install prompts.
