If the Keyavi Desktop Application flashes in your Windows taskbar or does not open, you may have the Keyavi Desktop Application already open or need to restart your computer.

Close out of Keyavi in the Taskbar

From the taskbar, check to see if there is a Keyavi icon. If there is a Keyavi icon, right click on it and select Close Window. Then open Keyavi Desktop Application again by searching for Keyavi in the Windows Start Menu.

Restart your computer

Restarting your computer can clear the cache, eliminating issues preventing the application from opening properly. Save any work in progress and close all programs. Restart your device as normal and open the Keyavi Desktop Application by searching for Keyavi in the Windows Start Menu.

Reinstall Keyavi

If you are not a local administrator on your computer, you will need to contact your IT Support Team to reinstall the application. If you are a local administrator on your computer, search for Apps & features in the Windows Search Bar. Scroll down until you see Keyavi. Click on Keyavi and select Uninstall. Open the Keyavi Portal, and hover your cursor over the left-hand menu, and select Clients. Select Keyavi and run the follow the prompts in the installer.
