Keyavi Portal 

User administrators 


If a user reports that their Keyavi Portal is not fully populated and has the message Please contact your administrator for any questions, follow the steps below to verify the groups and API are set up as required.

  1. Check that the user has been added to one of the Keyavi groups in Azure Active Directory (AD). Be sure to validate that the groups are correctly spelt and that there are no errors with the naming of the groups. Users provisioned as Guests and added to the KEY_GUEST_GRP and KEY_READ_USER_GRP groups in Azure AD won't be able to use the Portal and will only see this message.
  2. If you have added the user to the correct groups and they are still receiving this error, have the user perform the following tasks: 
    1. Clear the browser's cache. 
    2. Close the browser then reopen and navigate to the Keyavi Portal again. 
  3. If the user is still seeing this error, ensure that the MSGraph API is running. This service is responsible for ingesting the groups and their members from Azure AD.
  4. Once you have validated that the API is running as it should, initiate a resync from the Keyavi Portal > User Management and wait 30 minutes.
