Overview

This article will outline the steps to resolve the “Unsupported browser” message when a user attempts to sign in to the Keyavi Desktop application. The message will indicate that “Your organization requires that you set up the following authentication methods to prove your identity” and to “Update your browser,” as shown in the screenshot below.


Resolution steps

  1. Sign out of all Office 365 accounts in your browsers. 
  2. Close the browsers. 
  3. Sign in to the Keyavi Portal in your browser using your Keyavi credentials.
  4. Sign in to the Keyavi Desktop application.
