Users aren't synchronizing with Azure Active Directory

When a user or multiple users aren’t showing up in the Keyavi Portal the users may not be syncing with Azure Active Directory, there may an issue with the time when the users are supposed to sync, the job is not running or the user has not been added to a group in Azure Active Directory. 

Check time

Check to see if a time has been entered in for synchronization on the Keyavi Web API appsettings.json file. These times don't need to be the same, so you can schedule multiple synchronization jobs to run.  

The scheduled time is entered in 24-hour notation. The time that is entered here is the time the job is going to start. The job can be run any time between 19:00 (7:00 PM) – 00:00 (12:00 AM).

 

Check jobs

Check to see if the jobs are running the IDMSyncJob table. 

Check user in Azure Active Directory

The user accounts in Azure Active Directory to make sure they contain the First Name, Last Name and the email under the Contact Info section is filled on.
