Why is my Keyavi-protected file not opening in the native file application?

Native file type support is a feature that needs to be set up. If the feature hasn’t been set up in your environment, files protected with Read-only access will open in a Keyavi protected viewer. If the native file type support feature hasn't been set up only Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Text (.txt), Adobe PDF (.pdf), and Image (.png, .jpg) can be protected as Read-only, and all other file types will need to be protected will Full access rights.
